To make this scarf^ you will need

-T-shirt

-Scissors

Step 1:

Cut the shirt across on the sleeve line

Step 2 :

Cut strips across at the bottom of the shirt

Step 3:

Stretch out all of the strips you made

Step 4:

Wear it :)
